Analysis of Productivity Improvement and Dust Amount Decrease in Electric Arc Furnace

چکیده

電気炉における生産性向上およびダスト量減少の方策を,10 t電気炉での各種スクラップの溶解実験結果および他の文献データ引用により解析した。C源添加,酸素吹き込みによるメタル酸化熱,C源燃焼熱の投入の結果,電力原単位が低下し通電時間が短くなった。なお,通電時間は酸素吹き込み量によってほぼ一元的に決まる。C源燃焼によるガス発生量(バブル生成量)が多いほど,ダスト発生量が増加した。ダスト発生量は,ダスト中のZn量とFe量によってほぼ一元的に決まる。ダスト中のZnとFeの化合物は,量の多い亜鉛フェライト,量の少ないヘマタイトおよび酸化亜鉛で構成されていた。新たに提示したダスト発生機構によると,バブル-バーストによってダストへ移行する元素はFeだけでなくZnも移行する。これらの解析結果を踏まえて,現状の実機電気炉の運転条件を基にした操業解析を行った。C源,酸素カットを行うことにより,電力原単位,CO2排出量,ダスト発生量低下が図られる。
